Telecom companies has a department serving their customer with quality,
It shows diverse way of working in market & platform for executives to show their ability.

Idea’s aim is to give best service in better way to their customer,
Qualitative work leads way to do it in affective & imaginative manner.

In every division of idea quality measures are mostly implied in customer care,
Comparatively what it matters & measures in another division which happens rare?

Quality is one of the most effective factors to serve customer in better way,
